PRICES AND PRODUCTS:

Prices of all products include VAT (21%) and are subject to change without notice. The same applies to special offers and promotions.

When making the payment, the user will be able to choose between credit card or electronic transfer in case he/she has a Paypal account.

INVOICES AND ORDERS:

Only orders placed within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are accepted. The electronic invoice format is created automatically, and you will receive it in your email.

SHIPPING:

Items purchased through this online store will be delivered to your home within 3 to 4 business days through the courier company. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days. Delivery time will be from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM on business days.

The minimum order is set at a case of 6 bottles, this way the shipping costs are included, and include a merchandise insurance by which if your order arrives in bad condition will be refunded, or failing that, we will resend the merchandise you requested.

Conditions of transport:

• No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• The winery assumes no responsibility for the consequences of possible delays in shipment.
• In the event that the carrier attempts to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, a note will be left for you stating the delivery attempt. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible using the telephone number on the note, in order to arrange a new delivery. If in this second delivery there is no one to receive it, a note will be left again stating the second delivery attempt. Thereafter, your order will remain at the forwarder’s office for 7 days. After these days have elapsed, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
• At the time you receive your package, you must:
  
  • Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.
  • Point out any anomaly on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.
  • The transport providers do not allow the return of the goods if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is wet or damp, do not accept the order. Our partner will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send a new one.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

Bodegas SiAH guarantees the good condition and conservation of its products. Therefore, it does not accept the return of the purchase unless it is an exceptional circumstance, such as the product has been damaged during shipment.
